Dish Network and DirecTV Installation Technician

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish satellite TV service for commercial and residential properties by installing satellite TV systems and equipment; verifying system performance; maintaining records.
  • Prepare for satellite TV installations by reviewing installation orders; gather equipment, supplies, and tools
  • Plans satellite TV installations by locating access; laying-out equipment and wiring plan
  • Establish satellite TV system by installing equipment; running and pulling TV cable; program and calibrate equipment while adhering to codes, regulations, and standards
  • Verify satellite TV system functionality by testing equipment and connections; identify problems and troubleshoot accordingly
  • Document installation, service, and repairs
  • Maintain and improve service by listening to customer's description of problems; diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing problems; replace and upgrade components; refer to schematics, manuals, and manufacturer's instructions
  • Follows all company policy and procedures
  • Adheres to safety policy

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 yr installation experience with Dish Network and DirecTV.
  • Some A/V experience desired
  • Ability to lift 50 lb
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid CA Driver's License
  • Valid Liability insurance
  • Must have own vehicle and installation tools

 

Residential Direct Sales Representative/ Event Marketing

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and develop effective direct sales strategies within the regional market
  • Create, deliver, and execute effective sales presentations to potential clients in a B2B environments
  • Account support and management
  • Product development support
  • Participate in related market events and tradeshows
  • Responsible for gaining new business subscribers through business door to door sales activities and events
  • Customer service for current and new accounts


Qualifications:

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience (Direct sales experience preferred)
  • Ability to work weekends and nights
  • Ability to walk long distances
  • Must have own transportation and valid CA Driver's License
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bi-lingual desired but not a requirement
  • Ability to meet weekly and monthly quotas
  • Integrity a MUST

 

Commercial Direct Sales Representative
